Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Zenix LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Cyber Test Study ("we"). By buying or using the site you agree to them.
What you get
A personal, non-transferable license to use the online study material for 180 days from purchase. You don't own the content, and the license ends when your access ends.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian buy for you or agree to these terms on your behalf.
Your account
- You sign in with your own Google account. One person per account.
- An account can be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time.
- Don't share your account or copy, post, resell, or scrape the questions. We may suspend or close accounts that do, without a refund.
Not official, no guarantee
Cyber Test Study is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, any U.S. military service, or USMEPCOM. ASVAB is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Defense. All questions are original practice items, not actual test questions. We don't guarantee any score, qualification, job, or enlistment outcome. We work to keep the content accurate; if you find an error, email us.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Changes
We may update the content, the site, or these terms. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to the amount you paid us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
